Job Summary: As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote their diverse portfolio of bars and restaurants. You will lead a talented marketing team and work closely with the senior management to drive brand growth, customer loyalty, and revenue generation. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and F&B industry expertise will be instrumental in establishing the bar as a preferred destination for food and beverage enthusiasts in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives, including brand positioning, target audience segmentation, and customer acquisition and retention.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Set clear goals, evaluate performance, and provide constructive feedback.

Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.

Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns.

Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and relevant content for various platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and more.

PR and Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and influencers to secure positive coverage and partnerships.

Campaign Development: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to drive footfall and revenue at our bars and restaurants.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use market insights to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.

Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI for all marketing activities.
