Job Summary: As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote their diverse portfolio of bars and restaurants. You will lead a talented marketing team and work closely with the senior management to drive brand growth, customer loyalty, and revenue generation. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and F&B industry expertise will be instrumental in establishing the bar as a preferred destination for food and beverage enthusiasts in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives, including brand positioning, target audience segmentation, and customer acquisition and retention.

  2. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Set clear goals, evaluate performance, and provide constructive feedback.

  3. Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.

  4. Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns.

  5. Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and relevant content for various platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and more.

  6. PR and Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and influencers to secure positive coverage and partnerships.

  7. Campaign Development: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to drive footfall and revenue at our bars and restaurants.

  8. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use market insights to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.

  9. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI for all marketing activities.

  10. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives using data-driven insights. Adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
