This role involves identifying and securing prime retail locations, ensuring alignment with the brand’s vision and growth objectives. With a sharp focus on business development and an in-depth understanding of the real estate market, this executive will champion the brand’s expansion efforts.
Key Duties:
- Formulate and execute strategies to expand Company’s footprint in new and existing markets. (Hospityality)
- Initiate and maintain essential contracts, site selection, and budgets, ensuring the
brand’s optimal market presence. - Secure prime spaces in malls and street locations whenever possible, emphasizing
the brand’s prominence. - Lead lease negotiations for client ensuring competitive rates and favorable
terms. Resolve any lease related issues with legal dept. - Offer expert advice on the legal aspects of lease agreements, ensuring compliance
and safeguarding the company’s interests. - Conduct in-depth commercial analyses of potential sites, presenting detailed cost
and investment breakdowns to the Managing Director.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in retail leasing, site acquisition, preferably with a focus on food and beverage brands.
- Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of securing prime retail locations
- Bachelor’s degree in business or similar.
