As an HR Executive You will be managing the HR-related duties as assigned by the HR Manager or senior management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through different platforms, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and completion of necessary paperwork.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues and grievances
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics as required.
- Assist in HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Undertake any other HR-related duties as assigned by the HR Manager or senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
