The project:

This is an opportunity to work on a large luxury mixed-use development in KSA, Riyadh. Mace is providing project management consultancy services.

  • You will create and design effective implementations of PMO and Project Controls frameworks and strategies on assigned commissions.

  • You will supports the HUB PMO and Project Controls Director with resourcing and recruitment for the assigned commission.


Job Summary:

Manages and/or leads the implementation and delivery of a range of PMO and Project Controls to support commissions.
Leads and guides team members within the PMO and Planning Centre of Excellence and assigned Hub as required.


You’ll be responsible for:

  • Have an understanding of the overall project lifecycle in line with Mace Way (Control Centre) from design through to handover.
  • Be aware of current project controls methodologies such as EVM.
  • Able to build an understanding of the common tool sets used on typical Mace project.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Develop critical thinking skills to interrogate data and information.
  • Able to create compelling and impactful presentations for Executive team members.
  • Able to manage projects of limited complexity or participating in the delivery of medium/high complexity projects/programmes under direction.
  • Able to work within multidisciplinary teams and contribute towards analysing trends using numerical and statistical techniques.
  • Able to work with multidisciplinary teams and engage to create, develop and maintain weekly action trackers, risk registers and progress updates reports.

You’ll need to have:


  • Degree or equivalent with professional work experience in one or more specific disciplines in the Programme, Project or Commercial Management disciplines
  • Have registered on and are working towards professional qualification (e.g. APM, PMI)
  • Relevant CSCS Card
