Position: Senior Business Development Manager (Schools & Universities)

Location: Work from home, Dubai

Salary: $100,000 + 50% on target commission

This is a new position in a global business that is now opening in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. As a key member of our team, you’ll play a crucial role in expanding the company’s reach and positively impacting the country’s education sector.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business strategies to establish the organization as a leading provider of wellness solutions within educational environments throughout Dubai and the broader GCC region.
  • Conduct thorough market research to pinpoint prospective educational institutions and gain insights into their educational objectives concerning students’ self-awareness and personal development.
  • Foster robust relationships with educational stakeholders including school administrators, educators, and governing bodies to advocate for the integration of our company’s offerings into educational programs.
  • Take charge of contract negotiations with educational entities, ensuring mutual agreement on terms, pricing, and deliverables.
  • Hand-over to full implementation and roll-out to the fulfilment team.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to tailor wellness solutions to the specific needs of students within the parameters of the curriculum.
  • Remain abreast of educational trends, curriculum advancements, and regulatory mandates in the GCC region to uphold a competitive advantage.
  • Act as the company’s representative at educational gatherings such as conferences, seminars, and networking functions, highlighting our proficiency and forging strategic alliances.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience of at least 5 years in roles encompassing business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the educational sector.
  • Proficiency in navigating the educational landscape of Dubai and the broader GCC region, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of educators’ curriculum objectives and workloads.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and a track record of effectively managing contracts.
  • Proven ability to drive results, meeting and surpassing sales targets while fostering revenue growth.
