Are you a dynamic and experienced Sales and Operations Manager? We’re currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity in the leisure industry. Join our client’s team and take on the responsibility of overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue to contribute to overall goals and financial sustainability.
Responsibilities of Sales and Operations Manager:-
- Develop the Ground Crew to provide outstanding guest service through daily supervision of operations at areas ranging from Ticketing, Retail, F&B and ground Operation areas.
- Manages a team of front-line colleagues to include their on-the-job training, daily attendance, grooming, coaching, appraisals and personal development plans
- Ensure a clean and safe operating environment.
- Review departmental policies, procedures, and performance standards to ensure these are up to date.
- Coordinate any inventory/stock take activities required, ensuring sufficient stock always remains on hand and reducing stock loss/wastage.
- Any other related duties as assigned by the department or management
To be successful in this role :-
- Proven experience in sales and operations management, with minimum 3 years’ experience in a leadership role in the amusement / leisure /attraction industry / tourism industry.
- Minimum 2-year cash handling and sales / marketing experience.
- Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage.
