The ideal candidate should have a strong background in operations management, staff recruitment and development, customer service excellence, financial management, marketing and business development, and health and safety compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring staff compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer service excellence, ensuring that guest satisfaction is always a top priority.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability, including cost control measures and sales initiatives.
- Lead marketing and business development efforts, including promotional activities, partnerships, and customer engagement programs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for both customers and staff.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business plans, budgets, and operational policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a restaurant or outlet manager in the UAE.
- Proven track record of successful operations management, staff leadership, and customer service excellence.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards related to food and beverage operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant management software is a plus.
