Responsibilities:

- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources allocation, to guide the successful execution of projects.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, internal teams, and external partners to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to achieve project goals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet or exceed quality standards and client expectations.
- Resource Management: Efficiently allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, to optimize project outcomes.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor project budgets and financials, ensuring projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in UAE, with a focus on both consulting and client-side roles.
- PMP or relevant project management certification preferred
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project success.
