How will you contribute to the team?

To perform this role successfully, the Project Management Specialist will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

·         Assisting the Project Manager with activities including quality assurance, engineering, procurement, planning and controls, construction management, safety and schedule objectives

·         Maintaining and updating of the project execution plan

·         Managing the project calendar, arranging meetings, and answering noncritical correspondence

·         Liaising with Project Controls staff to assist with forecasting and budgeting

·         Preparing progress reports on project status for clients and senior management

·         Attending or leading project meetings

·         Maintaining daily project diaries and logs

·         Ensuring that project deliverables are in accordance with all applicable codes and standards

·         Facilitating ongoing communication with the client

·         Maintaining good working relationships with internal groups that support projects such as Engineering, Purchasing, Drafting, Project Controls, etc.

What will you contribute?

  • BSc in Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the execution of various type of projects including services projects
  • Excellent English language skills (reading, spoken, written and comprehension)
  • Excellent organizational, communication and customer relationship skills.
  • Excellent Leadership skills
