My Client is seeking a Project Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the restaurant, cafe, or hotel industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles and a proven track record of coordinating projects to successful completion.
Location – Abu-Dhabi, UAE
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the restaurant, cafe, or hotel industry.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Proficiency in project management software tools.
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Willing to Relocate to Abu Dhabi, UAE
