Job Overview
What we are looking for:
- Have you overseen and coordinated production activities in a concrete blocks factory, including batching, mixing, molding, curing, and quality control processes?
- Do you monitor production output, analyze production data, and identify opportunities to optimize production efficiency and minimize downtime?
- Have you conducted quality inspections, performed testing on raw materials and finished products, and addressed any quality issues or non-conformities?
- Do you analyze production workflows, equipment performance, and material usage to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and optimize resource utilization?
- Have you scheduled preventive maintenance activities, coordinated equipment repairs, and troubleshooted technical issues to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability?
- Have you supervised and provided leadership to production staff, including machine operators, technicians, and laborers?
- Do you have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field?
- Do you have a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role?
- Do you have a strong ability to read blueprints and specifications?

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

Compensation
Package – 10,000-12,000AED
