Rixos Qetaifan Island North will comprise a 345-key hotel, along with a souq encompassing 11,000sqm of leasing space, a beach club, a theme park, and a waterpark. The resort will boast panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. Rixos plans to provide a platform for showcasing Qatar as a tourism destination. One of the country’s biggest draws will be Qetaifan Island North’s Waterpark attraction. The Rig 1938 is the world’s highest tower of its kind, reaching 82 metres.

Job Description

Photographer & Videographer

This position is responsible for creating captivating visual content that showcases the unique features of our resort, including its architecture, landscapes, amenities, and guest experiences. Work closely with the team to develop concepts, execute photo and video shoots, and deliver high-quality images and videos that align with our brand image and marketing objectives.

  • Collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts for photo and video shoots.
  • Plan and execute photo and video shoots, including scouting locations, arranging props, and coordinating with models and talent.
  • Capture high-quality images and videos that highlight the beauty and unique features of our resort including any events and promotional activities.
  • Edit and retouch photos and videos to ensure they meet our brand standards and are ready for use in marketing materials.
  • Manage and organize a library of photos and videos for easy access and retrieval.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in photography and videography.



  • Proven experience as a photographer and videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in the hospitality or travel industry.
  • Proficiency in using photography and videography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and editing software.
  • Excellent creative and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail and composition.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
