Functional Consultant with expertise in RPM, Dynamics, Power Apps, and Automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process analysis and improvement, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
- Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement functional solutions using RPM, Dynamics, Power Apps, and Automation tools.
- Configure and customize software applications to meet client-specific needs.
- Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure successful implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Functional Consultant or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of RPM, Dynamics, Power Apps, and Automation technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Minimum 1-2 Years of UAE Experience.
