Functional Consultant with expertise in RPM, Dynamics, Power Apps, and Automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process analysis and improvement, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
  • Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement functional solutions using RPM, Dynamics, Power Apps, and Automation tools.
  • Configure and customize software applications to meet client-specific needs.
  • Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure successful implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Functional Consultant or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of RPM, Dynamics, Power Apps, and Automation technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Minimum 1-2 Years of UAE Experience.
