Role Overview:

As a Functional Consultant, you will be instrumental in leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O to streamline our F&B operations. Your expertise will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including data migration, user testing, automation, app development, and comprehensive support for various D365 finance and operations modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions.
  • Manage data migration processes, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to align systems with business objectives.
  • Drive master data automation using Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Develop custom business apps using the Microsoft Power platform.
  • Provide comprehensive support for D365 finance and operations modules, including GL, AP, AR, Bank, Budget, Procurement, Warehouse management, Asset management, Fixed assets, Production, Product information management, Sales and marketing, Project management and account, and retail.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.
  • Proficiency in data migration and UAT.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate and the Microsoft Power platform.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
