The Executive Assistant provides essential administrative support to the Managing Director, ensuring smooth office operations.
Essential Duties:
- Provide administrative support for the MD, including managing schedules, correspondence, and document preparation.
- Conduct research and prepare reports as assigned.
- Assist in organizing company projects and events.
- Experience with the use of project management tools like Wrike.
- Organize meetings and maintain accurate records.
- Act as a liaison between the MD and other departments.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Executive or Senior Administrative Assistant in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in project management tools, particularly MS Office Suite and Wrike
- Strong scheduling, meeting arrangement, and document preparation skills
- Experience in research and report preparation
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Effective time management and deadline adherence
- Discretion in handling business and personal matters
