Role Overview: As the CTO – Fintech Platform Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing cutting-edge technology solutions for the company’s fintech platform. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the technology roadmap for the fintech platform, aligning it with business goals and industry best practices.
- Lead the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and reliable fintech platforms that meet regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect our platform and user data.
- Evaluate new technologies and trends in the fintech industry to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Lead and mentor a team of technology professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a technology leader in fintech, focusing on platform architecture and development.
- Expertise in software development, API integrations, and cloud-based architectures.
- Strong understanding of fintech platforms, including blockchain, digital payments, and data analytics.
- Expertise in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and reliable fintech platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in fintech.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and technology.
