Someone who specializes in the development, implementation, and management of a strategic performance management framework known as the Balanced Scorecard for the Company.
Balanced scorecard is a tool for strategic planning and management. It typically includes key performance indicators (KPIs) for a number of different things, like financial performance, customer satisfaction, internal processes, learning and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy Formulation & Execution
- Strategy Mapping & Optimization
- Stakeholder Engagement & Training
- Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Risk Management & Integration
- Initiative Management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Certified in Balanced Scorecard or related performance management methodologies.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning, performance management, or a related role.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing a Balanced Scorecard system and strategy map in a large organization.
- Advanced level in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and Office applications.
