Someone who specializes in the development, implementation, and management of a strategic performance management framework known as the Balanced Scorecard for the Company.

Balanced scorecard is a tool for strategic planning and management. It typically includes key performance indicators (KPIs) for a number of different things, like financial performance, customer satisfaction, internal processes, learning and growth.

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Training
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Risk Management & Integration
  • Initiative Management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Certified in Balanced Scorecard or related performance management methodologies.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning, performance management, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing a Balanced Scorecard system and strategy map in a large organization.
  • Advanced level in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and Office applications.
